  • What if you were told that the aerobic/jogging exercise that you have been doing may actually be doing you harm?

  • What if I told you that this type of exercise increases cortisol, insulin, and leptins, all things that can do more harm than good if they stay elevated?

  • What if this traditional type of exercise causes an increase in inflammation?

  • What if I told you that this form of exercise only improves one type of heart health, aerobic, but not anaerobic?

Do I have your attention!

If you are taking the time to exercise, make sure it counts. The X-iser Machine is utilized by elite athletes in the PGA, NFL and NBA. It would not be used by these high performance athletes if it did not work.

This “sprint cardio” form of exercise only requires 4-8 minutes to burn calories for fat loss. It also helps to increase muscle and bone strength and mass. In chronic inflammatory conditions, it can help to reduce inflammation. It trains both the aerobic and anaerobic cardiovascular systems at the same time. It is safe to use when you are recovering from adrenal fatigue.

I encourage you to click on the link to see more information about this wonderful, portable exercise equipment. This is what I use personally and what I recommend for all of my patients!
